Hualuxe Xian Tanghua Hotel Xian, China We are writing to share our positive experience during our recent stay at the Hualuxe Xian Tanghua Hotel from December 13th to December 17th. We wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided during our stay. Throughout our stay, your staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and hospitality that truly enhanced our overall experience at the property. The quality of service was consistently impressive, and we were particularly pleased with the warm and helpful approach of your team members. Lounge or bar in HUALUXE Xi'an Tanghua, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is probably one of the most beautiful places we've ever slept in. As soon as you arrive, you will notice a beautiful entrance with a little waterfall in the front. The hall is majestic, with some displays of art. After a smooth check in you will be guided to your room by one of the members of the staff. The room was just exceptional. It had wooden decorations and the view on a park, which gave a great sense of peace. Inside the room there were all the amenities you could ever need. The breakfast buffet was incredible, you could really eat anything you wanted from all around the world. But the best thing of this hotel was probably the garden. It was able to mix Chinese and Japanese elements in such an harmonic way. There was a small lake with a path you could follow to immerse yourself in that magical place. We even saw two peacocks and many birds. The staff was also really helpful, they were able to give you all kinds of tips.

Very nice hotel in Xi'an, close to the Dayang Pagoda and "Joy City" Mall. Quiet, clean and spacious rooms in traditional courtyard style house with nice inside garden. Rich and tasty breakfast buffet.

Beautiful architecture, great hospitality. For example, concierge staff 白毫 Haug went the extra mile to locate my parcel delivery. Had a wonderful relaxing stay at Tanghua.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff were kind and very helpful, the facilities were excellent and the location is exceptional, it’s near datang everbright city and joy city mall.
